There can be three reasons why a file is not available within the specified retention.
These are things that happen, unfortunately there is not much we can do about this.
We regularly receive a message in support that the connection is not running smoothly.
This can be for a number of reasons, but in general we see that old settings are still being used.
Usually this also occurs with customers who have been members with us for years. At the time of closing, you fill in the data and you're done.
When your subscription expires, you renew and generally it goes well. But sometimes small problems gradually surface.
That is why we are now sending a link in the newsletter, this link contains the data that you should use as a customer.
You should then check these settings in your download/upload program or Spotnet.

Retention
At the moment we have a retention of 2600 days, which means that a file stays on our server for a maximum of 2600 days. And this number continues to grow. However, it can sometimes happen that certain files are not available, even if they fall within these 2600 days. How is that possible?There can be three reasons why a file is not available within the specified retention.
- The file has been removed at the request of an official body.
- A server crashed and data was lost.
- The file has not arrived on the server completely, even though the indexer says it is. (this happens very sometimes)
These are things that happen, unfortunately there is not much we can do about this.
