Speed for Stingy plan

I'm been very happy with my new Hitnews plan, except the speed is a bit lower than expected. The pricing page (https://hitnews.com/pricing/) mentions 100 connections and 300Mbit/s. I get a max of 4 connections (although I think I saw max 4 connections stated somewhere else) and a speed of around 1.6MB/s (=12.8Mbit/s). This is without any other use of the fibre connection

My setup is:
  • 50Mbit/s FTTH
  • IPv4
  • PC has GigE cable to router
  • SABnzbd
  • There is a limit of 45Mbit/s set in SABnzb

I realise that the plan I'm on is very good value for money, but I'm wondering whether I should be getting a bit more speed (based on the pricing page)?
