Question of Retention

Hello Team,

I've been using your great service for many years without any problems until now.
I've tried to download files that have been posted for 1270 days but I can't. I asked myself about retention but at first sight it's 3100 days, so I'm good.
I asked a friend to test with another service and he doesn't have the problem.

Below is the file and the error message I got:





I've tried another program with the same problem: I can never finish downloading the file in question.
Are there any limitations on your side?

Ik heb even je account "geleegd".
Even de settings verversd.

Kun je het nu nog eens checken aub?
Denk dat er ergens een Glitch zit.
