My download speeds seems to be limited to 2.8-3 Mbits/s (365 KBytes/s) since June 18, 2025. This started yesterday and still happening today. I thought it was some temporary routing issue, but still on going. I tried no-SSL port 119 as well as SSL port 443 and 563, same problem. Regular web/http...
