No difference, and its the same with or without VPN. I am in the US -

Is there a max speed? With 100 connections, I am stuck at 60MB/s but there are others that can fully saturate my gigabit with less connections. Just trying to figure out if its a routing issue between me and news.hitnews.com or other limitations. -
